Stop by and get your FREE wellness check! Occurs every first Thursday of the month. We check blood sugar, blood pressure, pulse ox. This month has additional tests: A1C, cholesterol, bone density, and body metrics. Also, the Center will have a pop-up gift shop here. Call to reserve your time slot, but Walk-Ins are welcome, too! *Bring your folder if you attended a previous wellness event. Also, if you wish to receive a flu shot, please bring your ID and insurance card.

Please call (985) 325-9391 to reserve your spot. The class is free, but the card will cost $10.
*** This session usually occurs on the third Thursday of the month at 8:00 am. If you are interested in a full in-person class, please call us to schedule. Classes can occur during the day or evening. We also offer ACLS and PALS skills check offs, CPR/AED/First Aid for non-medical people, Stop the Bleed, and even classes conducted at your worksite.
